hey BK fam, I don't wanna pull you from the King's Borough but I got some crazy cheap rent over here so if you're down, contact me. I was talking with Tony Park about his apartment below, and he said I can move in there, I just need some more guys. It's in the same complex I currently live now. It's a 2 bedroom with 2 huge rooms. It would be perfect for 4 guys, 2 sharing a room. The rent would only be $387.50 that way and utilities/wifi/cable another $50 each. $437.50 total a month is a real good deal. We could move in almost asap. Let me know if anyone's interested.

Apartment for sublease or sublet in Washington Heights

megan and tony here from TGC UWS sunday gathering.
due to financial reasons we are moving out of the apt, before our lease
ends july.
we'd like to find someone to take over our lease starting february 1 OR
anytime after. sooner the better. OR can sublet.
apt. is located on 163rd between broadway and fort washington.

antika (great little italian restaurant), dunkin donuts, mc donalds,
wendys, associated, gristedes, take out/delivery restaurants 5 blocks south
and north along broadway
park just 2 blocks away
laundromat just a block from the apt

1/A train just 5 blocks north and south
C train 2 blocks east of apt.
it takes about 30 -40 min or less taking the A train to midtown.
plenty of amazing TGCers live within 5 block radius and even some in this
same apt. building.

$1550/month
apt was renovated before we moved in little over 2 years ago.
3rd floor walk up (short flights of stairs) in a gated apt. building with a
court yard
2 large/spacious bedrooms
separate eat-in kitchen
lots of storage in the kitchen
built in microwave
1 of the bedrooms have 2 large closets - this room fit our king size bed, a
large dresser, both of our bedside tables.
slightly larger bedroom does not have closets, but there is a large hall
closet and another closet by the front door
bedbug free, smoke free and pet free :)
cable and internet ready

apt is great for share for up to 4 people (or more) or a family. we're a
family of 3 and it's worked out great for us.
