hello thanks to a friend,all I finally have the datasheet of the
dlart(dc319aa) ,the dl11 compatible uart used with the t11and the russian
analog kr1807vm1.Those circuits are difficult to find,but at least the data
sheet shows what the dlart does and how,it you need that documentation just
ask.
in Russia a similar product seems to exist:
