Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Peking University-Lincoln Center for
Urban Development at Peking University.

The PKU-Lincoln Center anticipates awarding two two-year postdoctoral
fellowships for scholars pursuing research on China’s land policy,
public finance, housing policy, sustainable development, and broader
urbanization. Fellows will be responsible for conducting and
publishing original research in their respective field, as well as
contributing to other Center research, publications, conferences and
programs.

Successful applicants must have completed their doctorate at the time
of application. The Fellowship includes Peking University postdoctoral
salary, housing, and benefits, as well as approximately USD10,000 in
additional financial support annually. Applicants proficient in both
written and oral Chinese/English and with strong quantitative skills
are preferred; knowledge of GIS is a plus.

The PKU-Lincoln Center is a nonprofit policy research center jointly
established by Peking University and the Lincoln Institute of Land
Policy, whose mission is to conduct high-quality, independent research
related to land, urban and fiscal policies in China and to promote a
greater understanding of urbanization, land policy, and property
taxation in China and around the world. For more information, please
see visit either the Center (www.plc.pku.edu.cn) or the Lincoln
Institute’s (www.lincolninst.edu) websites.

We will begin reviewing applications immediately and continue until
the positions have been filled. Interested applicants should send a
covering letter stating their research interests, a current CV, and
two letters of reference to Nick Houshower at ni...@plc.pku.edu.cn.
