Hot New Webmaster for Hot New Start up Website Wanted.

Get in on the ground floor. I am looking for a talented young inspired
webmaster to design a new site that will be the craigslists of a growing
industry. I have laid out all the navigational details, features, and
capabilities. I do have a very limited budget ($1,000) to get the site
built. This site has the potential to be one of the greats and offering the
webmaster a super site and testimonial for their portfolio.
Here are a few of the features the site requires to help you under stand the
scope of the project:
- Merchant Form to Data Base with login and password sent after application.
- Merchant Product Data base (text and photos).
- Member Form to Data Base with login and password sent after application.
- Database editing pages. Merchants, Member, merchant products.
- Product pages sent to a queue for review before being posted live.
- Product expiration date that would remove the product automatically from
view on that date but keep the data in the merchants product list - database
for reposting if desired.
- Special Offer Pop up on the product pages with print button feature for
customers.
- Customer review for rating products linked to the product(s) and to the
member that posted the review (historical file).
- Prescripted Blog with password and username protection.
- Link to map quest for merchants - products.
- Prescripted Cart - Paypal setup for premium membership.
- Flash Transitions on various pages with up to 4 pics.
- Web metrics (unique site visitors, page hits, coupon prints, avg view
times, exit pages.. We need a system that will provide metrics (web
analytics) to each of the merchants so they understand how many visitors are
seeing their pages.
- POSSIBLE RSS Feed or e alerts ability to members that have asked for
alerts on certain types of products or areas.
