We are performing a search for a company designs, integrates and
markets interactive 64-bit technology and applications for the mass
market. This company is divided into two areas: systems and studio
arenas.
The systems area designs and licenses cutting-edge technologies for
the 64-bit consumer and PC

and ongoing royalties.
Recently, it licensed the 3-D portion of the M2 technology to Cirrus
Logic, the leader in video
graphics controllers, for the development of high-end 3-D graphics
chips in the PC space.
Additionally, the systems group develops and markets a digital video
product line, called
MPEGXpress, as well as development systems to application companies
for creation of
64-bit software.
The company's software publishing arm, is focused on creating titles
for the 64-bit arena, PC market, and other video game platforms. The
studio has released several
critically acclaimed titles to rave reviews from video game
publications. The division is also working on creating unique
