Software Engineer
• Communications product team on software technologies to create and enhance communications products. • Help Scrum teams with architecture and design of communication software. • Provide proof of concept with new technologies & software ahead of SCRUM teams to provide a solid foundation for developers. • Act as a technical mentor for the Scrum teams. • Help communications product team with product and technology strategy.
• 10+ years experience in software design. • 5+ years programming experience with TCP/IP and/or CAN. • 5+ years experience with C++ and Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns. • Prior experience providing technical guidance to teams. • Experience leading teams. • Experience presenting technical details and trade-offs for management. • Experience with quick-turn prototypes and proof-of-concept demos utilizing development kits.
