BITSFOSS Hackerspaces

This mailing list is an initiative to support and encourage hacker spaces in BITS Pilani. 'Special Interest Groups', 'Study Groups' or  whatever you might call them, you can use this mailing list to discuss, plan and organize such sessions.

We have a few rules:

• One can use the mailing list to organize sessions or events on any subject, science & technology, art, music, film making, etc. For example: You can discuss the topic, decide on the agenda for the next session, share resources and schedule sessions.
  
• The group is open to all public. So be discrete and on-topic.
• Members from very different interest areas will be part of the group. Though it is good to have a central place to get updates, descending into chaos is equally probable. So be concise and precise. Do not start multiple threads unnecessarily.
• While in a thread do not go off topic randomly. One fight at a time, fellas.
• The mailing list will not be moderated. But action will be taken when someone crosses the line.

Discussions being on very diverse topics might make it chaotic for someone who wants to use it for a specific purpose. We want to point out that we are in very early stages of this experiment.
