Hi Johan,

There is not a way to have sub-teams in Bitbucket.

Here at Atlassian we have sub-teams create a second team (and 3rd, and 4th)
and then manage the users in each team on Bitbucket separately.

One option would be to sync the users and groups using the REST API as a
custom script.
