Thanks to all of you who answered my last mail about which system to
but. Mow my new system has arrived. it's a 486DX-33 8MB 212MB 14400/
9600FAX/MODEM etc. Now that I am using windows on my own, I have some q
questions.
1. My hard drive is relatively empty, 120MB free space. Do I need
to run dblspace now? Or should I worry about it later, when the HD
is filled up?
2. Any good suggestions for any softwares to fill that 150MB space.
3. For Windows programming, what is a gook book to start with (assummin
a solid C/C++ for DOS/UNIX background + Ultra-High IQ---a friend of
mine, of course)?

Upon Yossi's suggestion I FTP'ed the screen shots from DOOM, the
mew game from ID Software who brought us such favorites as
Wolfenstein 3D and Spear Of Destiny. I'd recommend filling a few
megs of your HD with the game DOOM. Judging by the screen shots
you won't be disappointed. Just MHO.
PS - You'll have to wait until December 10, so get in line! Hey,
is that Yossi at the front of the line?!?
