I'm looking for a program that will slow down my machine while I run some
old DOS programs. I tried running them through windows to cut the speed, but
this wasn't enough. I also turned off the turbo. I seem to remember a
shareware program that would dothis, but i forget the name.

Any suggestions? (I have a 486 vlb)

if my memory serves well, there once was a small utility by PC.Mag,
some time ago, which would do exactly that. I can't remember the
name, however :-( . I can look it up at home, if you can't find
another solution before. Let me know.

"at-slow" does the job. Can't remember where I got it though.
