Hi Folks,
With the assistance of my company�s Help Desk, we were able to determine
what is preventing IE7 from loading the DHTML files. It is HIPS (host-
based intrusion preventions system).
My company installed HIPS only on the laptops it provided to staff. The
company workstations download the files OK using IE7.
