I know we couldn't do this before but maybe it has changed. If so, it will save me some time.
Can I safely install version 9.5 on my production computer that already has version 10 installed, without causing problems?
TIA
Peter H.
Given that 10 is fairly new, and you hopefully haven't managed to
customize your working environment too much by now!, I would opt for an
uninstall of 10 first and then install 9.5 followed by 10.
Theoretically what you want to do should work, but it hasn't for me on
occasions I've tried and I cursed myself later for not doing what I knew
I ought to have done in the first place.

Hi,

So I deactivated 10, then installed version 8.9 SP3, then 9.5 and finally
reactivated version 10.
Somehow, along the way I lost a key to 9.5 so tomorrow I have to call
SumTotal and see if they can help me with a "key" issue for 9.5. As far as I
know, it comes with two keys and I have one used on my notebook but can't
account for the second key. Oh well, they helped me out when one key to
version 10 was lost when my old production machine died.
It all works so soothly under Windows 7 Ultimate... :-)
Thanks,
Peter H.
