In previous versions, following autopackaging of files for export and
then doing a full install from a CD the icon and program name appeared
in the Start Menu.

It would appear that with Version 9.01 autopackager does not create
setup that automatically places an icon and program name on the Start
Menu.
Is this correct or have I missed something when running autopackager?
