I can't think of anything off the top of my head. Have you looked at
the ToolBook Knowledgebase? There may be something there...

I am having problem with the autopackager freezing up when I begin to
package my application. I am using XP with 9.5 toolbook. I have just
had my computer restored so I am fairly certain the operating system
is ok. Any thoughts. When I test the autopackager on a computer in my
office with vista, it works fine.

Try to use the repair utility before exporting. That should clear it up.
