Exit button does not work in DHTML

Using ToolBook 9.5, deployment method is DHTML. My Exit button works in
native ToolBook with the prompt "Are you sure you want to exit" with a Yes
or No option. However, after I publish the book clicking Exit does nothing
and I end up after to press Alt, CTRL Delete to close the book. Any ideas
as to why this would happen?
