Job Description:
The Software Developer will work as a senior member of the
integration team on an enterprise-wide systems implementation effort.
This individual is responsible for interpreting design documents,
performing detailed program design, coding and testing of integration
processes to support this large systems integration effort. To be
successful in this role the individual must be able to work
effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment and communicate well
with technical team members.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Business Objects Data Integrator to
develop interfaces
- Strong ETL development skills
- Data Integrator Administration experience
- Oracle (10g) database development skill (create objects,
SQL, triggers, etc.)
- Structured coding, unit testing and system testing
- Ability to understand written design/technical
specifications
- Ability to develop to established standards and defined
protocols
- Performance Tuning
- Strong PL/SQL, Stored Procedure experience a plus
- HL7 and/or XML experience – with messaging services
- EGate experience is a big plus
- Healthcare industry experience
- Informatica
- Team Leadership
- Maintain technical documentation
- Large transaction volume experience
Preferred Skills:
- Good structured programming, analysis and design
- Solid testing approach and execution – with test data
creation
- Fast learner with a high level of initiative
- Good written, oral and group communication with technical
and business team members
- The ability to work independently within a highly dynamic
environment.
