Folks,
Another trade list of chromes/new cards. These are holiday cards,
all either drawn or photographed greeting PCs. They are all 4x6 unused
"Current, Inc" cards from various holiday sets. I am asking a 1-4-1 trade
on them. The quantity available is in brackets after the description.
Please send postal addresses with your requests!
HALLOWEEN:
Drawn cards, set of 4 designs. These cards are drawn in a style that
brings to mind much older cards, all have children (drawn in a manner
somewhere between that of a Hummel figure and those of Betsy Pease
Guttman) engaged in Halloween scenes/activites. The backgrounds are plain
with a double border around the image in black and orange. There are no
card #s, sorry.
1) "Happy Pumpkin Day" in script over the heads of two children (boy &
girl?) who are hiding behind a jack-o-lantern with a grin carved on it and
eyes which seem to be looking back at the children. One child has what is
presumably a sheet over his/her head. <3>
2)"Just for You on Halloween" in script over a child (sex?) standing with
a jack-o-lantern (which has straw hair and a hat) up over one shoulder.
The child has rolled up overalls with patches at the knee and what looks
like patent leather shoes on. <3>
3) "Peek-a-Boo -- Happy Halloween to You!" in script over the head of a
child dressing an a jester's costume. (girl?) The child is holding a
party mask and smiling up at a chuckling jack-o-lantern over her right
shoulder. <3>
4) "A Halloween Hello" in script in upper righthand corner. A little girl
is dressed as a witch in a white dress, red cape and red pointy hat. She
stands inside a large, laughing jack-o-lantern with a black and white cat
sitting on the top. <3>
EASTER:
Drawn cards, set of 3. All cards have a white background, good detail,
and very realistic flowers/rabbits. No numbers, either.
5) "Easter Greetings" below a brown and white bunny, who is eating a leaf.
The bunny is sitting in front of a terra cotta potof pink/peach or orange
tulips which fills most of the card. It is edged with a thin blue border.
<2>
6)"Easter Wishes", below a black and white bunny, who is sitting up
sniffing at a flower. The flower is in a pale blue/white watering can
with a large bouquet of others. There is a bell-type flower on the
"ground" in front of the bunny. Has a thin, pale purple border. <2>
7) "Happy Easter", below a brown bunny who is sitting in front of a
multi-colored basket filled with flowers. There are 2 Easter eggs on the
"ground" by the bunny's feet. Has a thin, pink border. <2>
8) Photostyle card of 3 stuffed bunnies with small Easter baskets. There
are colored eggs in the baskets, and all are sitting on a pastel plaid
cloth with a blue sky in the background. <3>
The-athee-athee-athat's all, folks! Please send postal address and a list
of other interests when asking for a trade. I prefer cards sent inside an
envelope with a piece of thin cardboard to stiffen it. I will send your
cards to you the same way.
Thanks!
Cathy
