professionals.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Working with our Customer Support Center, qualified applicants
will have experience in a help-desk or customer support
environment.  We are seeking individuals with a  minimum of 2
years support experience and a knowledge of CICS, VTAM, and BAL as
well as Unix.  MVS and/or VSE experience is a must.

QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

This individual will produce distribution media for all products
on all supported environments, plan and implement installation
procedures, and communicate software modifications to customers.  
Qualified applicants must have experience with AIX,
DEC-ALPHA, SUN, CICS, Unix environments and as well as strong JCL
experience.  A minimum of 2 years experience in an online
mainframe application environment is required.

LIBRARIAN

Work with a team of librarians and systems engineers with primary
responsibility for the support of software products as well as
training of customers’ library staff.  Must have library
automation experience.   MLS highly desirable. Some travel is
involved.
