Teltech vs Business Knowledge Services, Inc.

I just had an account representative from Business Knowledge Services,
Inc. visit me. He used to work for Teltech. He told me that Business
Knowledge Services was just like Teltech but better. Business
Knowledge Services has all the same services but also includes HR,
Finance & Accounting, Management, and Marketing in their Authority
Network. They also have literature searching but they have no
document delivery charges if you wish to order a document from your
lit. search. I'm not sure how Business Knowledge Services can do
this. The pricing is based on Teltech's invoice but they chop 30% off
the bill.

Has anybody used this and can they provide me more information on
this? It sounds too good to be true.

I will summarize for the list if anybody is interested.
