Every year I hope in vain that he changes his email signature but looks like yet another year of posts with "Eat your spam act of 2003". ;-)

"Decade" is just a period of 10 years.. I don't think there any
"rules" on "decade boundaries". :-)

In the base-10 (decimal) number system, when only the "units" digit
differs, the numbers could safely be considered part of the same
decade. That's convenient.

So, to answer your question... No. Time's up! :-).
