INTEGRATING ICT

Dear All experts of EDTECH,
I am delighted to be a member of this listerv.
As a Malaysian academician/lecturer, I am also
working with the Malaysian Ministry of Education to
encourage teachers and to integrate ICT into teaching
and learning in four subjects (Math, science, English
and Malaysian Language).
The problem I have is: How do I go about in conducting
training to change teachers' beliefs, pedagogy and
teaching and learning materials as a well as to make
them view ICT as an educational tools in which they
will integrate ICT into teaching and learning? If you
have conducted workshop on integration of ICT, please
could you share with me your experience or
presentation.
