Wikispaces & RSS feeds to La Jornada news site

I am wondering if anyone has experience with using the RSS feeds option in
Wikispaces for sites outside of Wikispaces itself. The Mexico City newspaper
"La Jornada"'s website offers RSS options but when I attempt to enter the
website for a topic feed (for instance Politiica is
http://www.jornada.unam.mx/rss/politica.xml) into the RSS feed option in
Wikispaces, it doesn't work.
