I think this is a wonderful study and I agree that these students seem to have
a different type of profile. I am not aware of any studies done in this area.
I think it would also be very interesting to find out if these students have
children and if their children have been identified as having a learning disabi
lty or language disorder.

Please furnish your e-mail address. The question to be addressed was the
existence of research on individuals diagnosed with disabilities later in
life and their use of accommodations.
I know of no such research but would be glad to participate in any current
studies. I have seen an increase in the number of students who are
diagnosed later in life and would like to track their progress.
