I also thought I'd mention a fun game I recently got my kids that seems like
it would be good for kids who need to work on isolating fingers and finger
strength. It's called "Jumpin' Monkeys" and is available at Toys R Us. The
object is to use these little plastic catapults (kind of like little seesaws)
to fling plastic monkeys into a plastic tree. You need to press the end of
the catapult down with one finger (takes a fair amount of strength) and then
let go. My girls think it's lots of fun.
(I'm not associated in any way with the companies that make these products.)

We also found that oil pastel crayons are great because they are very
vibrant with not alot of pressure. We get them at the craft store A C
Moore, for 2.00 for a pack of 24 pastels. My kids love them and I love
coloring with them as well. I feel like I am doing my artwork again...
