The event is being organized by WFDU DJ Bob Putignano and Nicole Hart's Manager Mark Meding to raise funds to offset his medical expenses. Mr. Ong is currently undergoing chemotherapy at Hackensack University Medical Hospital. As a self-employed musician, he is uninsured.... more »

Blues Bureau's Mike Varney on Eric Gales: 'Eric has been in jail for a year. If all goes well, he should be out in the first quarter of 2010. Eric has been involved with a rehabilitation program while in jail including drug rehab, family counseling and rehabilitation therapy.
