Looks like U of Chicago which used to hold a Folk/Blues festival in January.

Willie Dixon on bass and he didn't like to do distant road work.

According to the YouTube posting, it is from a 1964 London performance. I
have the Folk Festival dvds and the Howling Wolf Story dvd, and I don't
recall having ever seen this performance before. That could be my oldtimers
disease, though.

The video is from the latest DVD from the American Folk Blues Festival
released by Hip-O Select in 2007. While the first three volumes had been
recorded in Europe (usually Germany) this one was recorded in England
between 1963 to 1967. (I believe that this video was from 1964 when
Howlin' Wolf, Hubert Sumlin and Willie Dixon were on the tour.)

Definitely a keeper!

P.S. There is a CD of Howlin' Wolf from the 1964 tour titled "Rockin'
The Blues" on the Acrobat label # ACMCD 4010. This is a poorly dubbed
copy from a vinyl album- in the middle of the first track you can hear
the record slow down and speed up as though someone's sleeve had dropped
on the record. Oops!

It was Clifton James playing drums when they were in Germany in 1964 so
it was probably him on the video from England as well. Speaking of S.P.
Leary I saw him at the 2nd Annual Berkeley Blues Festival in April 1966.
He played with Lightnin' Hopkins, Clifton Chenier and Muddy Waters that
night- I hope that they paid him extra because he was certainly worth it!

P.S. I haven't watched that DVD very much although I dubbed the audio
from it and have listened to that a lot in my car, etc. I need to dig up
the DVD and watch it again! Here are the credits:
