Blues Roots is a radio program focusing on historical issues and elements
in the blues with the intent to inform, enlighten, and entertain listeners-
whether new converts or old blues stalwarts. Blues Roots airs Sunday
night 10-12a.m. on WXLV 90.3 FM.
We have begun to run a series entitled "A BLUES PRIMER", that will
run weekly until the end of the year - its goal being to give listeners a
good starting point and provide different perspectives on the roots of the
blues. See, I love Stevie Ray Vaughn, too, but there's so much more out
there that doesn't get played, and it should.
