To everyone,

I am new to your bulletin board and am posting a request for a friend
of mine (Jackie Byrne) working with squatters in Johannesburg (South
Africa).  (I hope this is the right place to ask the following:)
I would be greatfull if someone could please suggest articles on the
polution of water and livingspace in informal settlements, or
articles addressing the problem of sanitation in informal settlements.

If there is perhaps someone dealing with the promosion of a cleaner
environment in squatter camps, please will you also contact me,
Jackie is looking for any suggestions in dealing with the problem!
