Our students who are working on Earth Day/Week here would like to have a
letter-writing booth. One topic planned is National Forest Preservation,
and they apparently have a suitable candidate "bill" to recommend.

They would like to offer at least one other choice. Nothing came to my
mind, so I was hoping for some good suggestions. Preferably U.S. Congress,
or perhaps Pennsylvania, for the jurisdiction.
Please send info, as specific as you can, to me -- I will collate and post
