And what do you use to prepare the flour for the traditional cake?
Christmas Sieve!
And what part does a dessicated cigarrette play in the recipe?
Dried fruit!
Tookiem a long time then.

Yes. 10 days since the start of Winter in the North, and Summer in the
South.
And one year exactly since the refurbishment of my flat/apartment began and
I was told it'd take four weeks!!! - and there are still a couple of things
which need to be done!
Don't forget the lava lamp.

On the Dole????
The contractor is Makers UK Ltd if you want to avoid them!
. . . and yes they *are* against farm machinery.
The Ides of Bees would be more useful.
Is she still keeping watch over that magnifying-glass?
Hooray! Ten days closer to my pension and lump sum!!!
Wrong way round. The pension's from my time as a Traffic Warden. They were
part of the Civil Service in those days.
The lump sum is to make up for the few times I got hit!
(One ended up horizontal and bleeding profusely [there was no-one about] and
the other two ended up in court and got fined!)

I just been listening to some brilliant Irish diddly-diddly -type folk
music! Just got through a 4CD set recorded live at teh Cork University Trad
Music Festivals on Nimbus NI 1752. Well worth looking for.
Just the thing when you're feeling extremely happy at having retired!!!!
Nemo.
Ohhhh! It's really like being in heaven, to retire in 2007!!
What about when his wife arrives home all the way from India with the
spices? Cæsar Cumin Day.
And all the neighbours come out to jeera down the street!

I can't say Agorahh outside because I have Agorrahhphobia and fear open
spaces!
Five days until my second regular payment of Pension Credit arrives in the
bank - £89.59 ($176.25), and twenty-seven days until my next regular
payment of my Civil Service Pension also arrives - £107.51 ($211.48).
Don't sound much, but my rent and Council are also paid in full and in just
one afternoon recently, my free travel card saved me £12!!
And it's very nice indeed to be able to travel on the London Underground
whenever I like without worrying about the cost (The minimum fare is £4) or
to jump on a bus (they don't like you denting the roofs though!) at the drop
of a hat. (they don't like you throwing hats on the floor either!) And the
pass takes me right out to the outskirts of London as well - and a good bit
further!
OK. Gloat over! :o)
