If it helps the crdibility any, here are some verifiable facts. My ADA case
was filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern
Divison, case caption: James Sutter vs. City of Lakewood, Ohio. Case number
1:94 CV 1857, assigned originally to Judge Leslie Wells, spun off to Judge
Peter Economus.

I was ordained December 11, 1994 by the Catholic Life Church program out of
Modesto, California. My Ohio license is number 4849, granted December 30,
1994. My supervisory Bishop is Bishop Kirby Hensley. I hold a Doctor of
Divinity degree, and a Doctorate in Biblical Studies.

The advocacy group that I originally helped found, and which has now evolved
into part of the national group known as the American Association of Disabled
Persons, has the IRS tax exempt ID of 34-1704746.

My primary physician is Dr. Alan Halperin, a critical care specialist at the
Cleveland Clinic Foundation, 9500 Euclid AVenue, Cleveland, Ohio. A short,
one paragraph medical report including my numerous diagnoses for many serious
disabilities is available.

The case where the City of Lakewood tried to throw my landlord in jail for
refusing to evict me is : City of Lakewood vs. Christopher Tjotjes, case
number 94-B-343, heard in September, 1994.

If anyone needs any other info, let me know. Rev Jim

As to the request to slow down on everyone's email to Rev Jim -- Everyone's
wonderfully supportive email over this past couple of weeks has lifted my
spirits more than anything else has. I have more determination than ever,
knowing that I am no longer fighting alone for equal access. I have a very
comfortable setup at my computer work area, it does not bother me to work for
extended lengths of time on most days. When it does bother me, I just use a
flash session to download all the mail, and I can look at it at my leisure.
Also, I am training my teenager to download for me onto disk, then I can pop
it into my laptop that I can use in bed.

As my condition progresses to confine me to bed, I will move a small setup
into the bedroom. I will not give up my support of everyone here while I
have a breath left in me. If no one hears from me in 72 hours, that means
that (1) I've been arrested, (2) I've died or (3) I'm in the hospital with
yet another heart attack. If my cardiology team comes up with good odds on
the surgery they want to do, then I'll be gone for about a week, but that's
down the road. I'll be here every day that I can, and I enjoy the supportive
mail. I don't tire of reading it, and I will continue to help offer
suggestions and support to others on this list with ADA related problems.

Rev Jim...
Each time I read your posts, I get the chills, lately, I get tears. I am so
happy for people like u! U can't go just yet!! and I know u wont! So, think
positive, and stay alive (at least until u see some results... smile) I
believe in God... and he does work miracles, in my opinion... But u gotta
believe and keep a strong positive stand (like u seem to have done already!)
