Installfest 2009

All,
I wanted to thank everyone who came and contributed to the Installfest
this year, anybody who contributed but couldn't make it. And Thanks to
Nate's Mom for bringing food :) Despite all of our challenges and
set-backs this year, I still feel we are moving ahead and we've got a
lot to look forward to for next year. For those who didn't know, there
was a power-outage at the library-server room and we lost Internet for
most of the day. I think we received wireless for the last hour.

I think we all agree we are ready to take the Installfest to the next
level. And to accomplish this, I think we all agree that we are ready to
start planning now. I think we should keep using our existing
spreadsheet and continue amplifying it. We can add an additional
12-month plan, and as the months go by, we'll know what we need to
prepare for next.

For this month, I'm going reserve the Library Room C again, and dig
through previous months to find all the advertising information and
planning we'll need to do.

Anybody, feel free to give any input and planning ideas (^_^)
