data center racks

I don't have any details yet, but there are some racks that were not moved to the new data center that BTI is looking at getting rid of.  If anybody thinks they might be interested, please let me know.

What are the sizes and prices?  Are they racks or cabinets?

I'm afraid that shortly after sending this out someone made and offer to take all of our available racks and raised flooring so it sounds like they are all accounted for.  If any more come up for grabs in the future I'll be sure to let you guys know.

I just received word that there may be some more datacenter racks coming available.  If they are not sold, I believe they will be scrapped.  I know we had a few people who were interested last time so thought I would check.  Sounds like they are HP1000 series, but will try and get some more detail and pics if there is any interest.

I might be interested, but I'd really like to see pictures.  Availability of keys, any slides that might be available, and if there are bolts for attaching slides (or whatever else).

Sorry for the delay, but is sounds like it'll be 3-4 weeks until I'll be able to get this info - the gentleman responsible is currently on paternity leave until Feb 4th.  The good news is that the racks will be saved because there is interest.   :-)

Awesome.  When I heard they were going to scrap them I knew someone could use them - I hate to see them go to waste.  I'll put together a list and have Jeremy Wittenberg contact each of you individually - you could probably even stop by and take a look at them when he gets back.
