Thought I'd get a head start on the agenda

1. Progress made so far
2. Responses from others
2. Venues for pub/smaller meets

Please add anything else!

I think high up the list does need to be the Foundation, we really need to come to an agreement on involvement sooner rather than later as it could have very big implications on how we end up doing things.

Me and Russ have been discussing another option WRT
Hackspace Foundation operation: Each space being part of
the HSF, but operating with a separate company/bank
account.

This means we can still tie together and share members, but
one space being taken out doesn't nuke the others too.
General benefits are the ability to have people donate money
to the HSF and either have it doled out to each space, or have
it saved in case one space hits trouble, or if a new space needs
some capital to start up.

We're beginning to think that this model might make more sense
than everyone operating from the same company/account for
stability reasons, while still giving us flexibility over
money and memberships. It's even possible that each space could
pay some money to the HSF every month so that they all support
each other in rougher times, or can sponsor equipment purchase.

We're totally open for discussion on this, what are your thoughts?
