Friends,

Greetings.

I am happy to announce that we took one step forward after the first Wardha visit. Our friends were very much impressed by the swadeshi products that they brought when they visited Wardha and want to do their bit in creating awareness among us.

As Lead India and other field level active groups committed towards development feels that there is a need for second National Movement, we strongly believe that we should encourage the use of swadeshi products which were proven to be very good for health.

Today there is an article in DC that one doctor in US proved the fact that sit ups (like we do for Lord Ganesh) are good for the health of brain and heart. An Indian quoted that it is better we apply patent for it before that doctor claims to be the inventor of this practise. The other day I was reading the article of a Nutrition expert (claiming to be the one responsible for Kareena's much hyped and talked about zero size) and she mentioned that sitting in padmasan is good for digestion of food. Is this not what we used to practise in India?

This is definitely not a notion like everything about India is good but we should appreciate the knowledge of our previous generations but also should practise them.

We want to rigorously campaign for these products. Initially we get these products from Wardha and later we want to produce them here itself with our resources. We want to spread the message about these products and encourage people to start using them to feel the change.

Practising swadeshi in our daily life:

1. Tooth Powder  - Rs. 15.00
2. Soap (cow bye products) - Rs. 13.00
3. Soap (Neem) - Rs. 12.00 (you cannot escape the scent of neem. you feel like keeping one beside all the time)
4. Massage Oil - Rs. 40 (both body massage and head massage)

Different varieties of towels (all made of charkha spinning), lungis, kerchiefs.

Of course books on Gandhiji (at unbelievable prices).

We thank Prasad garu of Sarvodaya for supporting us in our cause.

You can call Suresh Adina (98493-64539), Sriram Rahi (98660-18748) for any questions. What we request is an example by practise. You can test by using them and only then you can share with others.

Thank you.

with regards,
Prasanthi.

Appreciatable job Prasanthi, Suresh Adina and Sriram Rahi.

As this is a non-profitable program, I would like to make a small free-advt in Padava taragati taruvaata book. Will send you the design tomorrow.

Cheers,

VMRG Suresh

Thanks a lot Suresh garu. The idea is also to employ people who are into social work as a profession for campaigning and selling these products or people interested in this kind of work.
