new section: videos

Adding the FixMe category got me thinking and in a spur of a moment I
added YouTube embedding to BioStar. As it turns out there are a lot of
bioinformatics related videos on youtube. I hope that we can collect
and rate the best ones here on BioStar.

The embedding is very simple, take a youtube id, say bz93ReOv87Y then
just write:

youtube:bz93ReOv87Y

into the post, this code will be replaced by the embedding html

Let's see how this works and how it feels. We may or may not keep it,
if you have other ideas put them forth here or open issues for them,
slowly but steadily we are getting through all GitHub issues
addressing each in turn.
