Hi Sédrique,

Just as for any other specific IDE-related posts, this forum is a priori not the right place for getting help. The Bio++ libraries are fully standard C++ libraries, which only depend on the STL. Therefore the best place to get help on their integration in any particular IDE is on forums dedicated to this IDE.

If anybody has experience in using Netbeans with Bio++ and would like to share his knowledge, he is however of course welcome to do so.
