Dear Prof. Bonneau,

Hi, I am Nelson, from the International Livestock Research Institute, and an MSc Bioinformatics student at the University of Manchester.

I have been experiencing problems on Cytoscapev2.6.3, specifically when I try utilizing BioNetBuilder wizard.

I downloaded and added the BioNetBuilder plugin, however when I try to employ the BioNetBuilder wizard, I get the message

“Ugg. Sorry for the trouble, We were unable to set interaction sources on the server. Please let us know about this at bionetbuilder@googlegroups”

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Cytoscape, and imported the plugin severally; however I keep getting the same error both on my MacBook and Windows XP.

I see from“Set BionetBuilder Connection…” that the server URL is http://err.bio.nyu.edu/bionetserver2

What could I be missing? Kindly assist. Thank you.
