Hi,

Thanks for the heads up.  I just recycled the server.  Please let me know if you are still having problems.

Also, we have a google groups where you might get a quicker response with questions.

Thanks,

Kevin

Hello,

I’m trying to run the BioNetBuilder plugin of the Cytoscape Desktop , but I keep getting the message  "There were errors while starting the BioNetBuilder plugin. This probably means the server at [server address] could not be found or is not running". As stated on your website, maybe the server needs to be recycled?

Yours sincerely,

Hi,

This depends on the level of detail you are interested in.  We have several publications on BioNetBuilder but they are generally limited to a page or two so are not very detailed.  The other way is to dive into the code which can be checked out anonymously from the website.  This maybe too much detail.

Take a look at the papers and if you want specifics on certain points post questions to the google groups.

Original BioNetBuilder Application Note:

Thanks,

Kevin

Dear Kevin,

Thank you, the program is running perfectly now. Is there (besides the website) a document of some sort where I can read in more detail how BioNetBuilder works and what it exactly does?

Gr.

Timothy.
