Dear Colleagues,
Good afternoon. We are trying to perform a photosynthesis
experiment that requires us to directly measure O2 production levels
from leaves. Our equipment only allows us to measure O2 concentrations
greater than 50 ppm, but we need a more sensitive sensor that allows
for measurements less 50ppm.

To the Photosynthesis Depart at net.bio.net,
I have an interested inquiry regarding the topic of chlorophyll fluorescence, I have recently been posed a question from one of my colleagues regarding the result of fluorescence of a chlorophyll a molecule (a. maxima of lambda 662) under visible green light (lambda 510). I believe that there was a mathematical way to determine this, however knowing that visible green light isn't fully composed of "green" light, would the flurorescence remain red?

So I'm looking for any well established procedures
to do this.
I've been told about the method described in the following article is
good enough. But could not get it in internet. I will appreciate if
anyone can get me this article or a good protocol.
