a string of amino acids, determining angles 
  Hi, I am trying to find the angles between two amino acids. I know Hatree Fock does this, its just... How? I heard the Navy did something regarding Divide and Conquer Hartree Fock using Insulin. I was wondering if this was published and if there were many other attempts at this or using other methods like Markov Chains.
