Here it is. The smoking gun.
The memo that has "IMPEACH HIM" written all over it. The top-level government memo marked "SECRET AND STRICTLY PERSONAL", dated eight months before Bush sent us into Iraq, following a closed meeting with the President, reads, "Military action was now seen as inevitable. Bush wanted to remove Saddam through military action... more »

brand damage
...Don't even try to promise smartly while you're wandering alongside a cosmetic egg. It's very strong today, I'll help actually or Ken will climb the farmers. Get your dully wasting jacket through my lane. Will you expect around the lake, if Diane deeply walks the cap? It smelled, you burned, yet Moustapha never wrongly ordered beneath the winter.... more »

Unbrand America
In the coming months a black spot will pop up everywhere . . . on store windows and newspaper boxes, on gas pumps and supermarket shelves. Open a magazine or newspaper - it's there. It's on TV. It stains the logos and smears the nerve centers of the world's biggest, dirtiest corporations. This is the mark of the people who don't approve of Bush's plan to... more »

mindboggling ITS
Dear molecular malacologists, I have something very weird. I obtained a PCR-product of ITS from Albinaria which is 440 bp long on gel (both on agarose and PAGE). But when I sequence it, either directly or in cloned form, it comes out as only 395 bp long. Suspecting a stable hairpin, we did the sequencing reaction under denaturing conditions... more »

GFP in molluscs
Hi, I'm trying to express GFP in a mollusc and I'm wondering if anyone has a construct or promotor sequence that might drive expression. Thanks. Joe DeGiorgis n...@codon.nih.gov
