Subject: SybrGreen
Hi:
I am a beginner to use molecular technology.
One question I have is SybrGreen will bind to DNA only or also bind to RNA?
If it binds to DNA only, it binds to double-stranded DNA or single-stranded
DNA or both?
Thanks.
Qiang

I suggest you try www.probes.com.  Molecular PRobes makes SybrGreen, and will
have all the information there.

SYBR Green I is a double-stranded binding dye that fluoresces only when bound
to ds DNA
