Please provide your input how can i proceed over the study of isolating the bacteria of my interest from mixed culture. I know following steps: 1. serial dilution and plating on the diluted on the media plate 2. as per the morphological differences in cells separate the cells (I find all the cells similar not much difference) I label all cells... more »
