in vitro translation problems 
  Would like to know info abt in vitro translation of memebrane bound proteins, eg human muscarinic receptor.. have problems with translation, protein incorporates radioactivity, but does not move into gel.. despite several attempts. is it due to agregation of the protein molecules since there is no membrane present??... more »

PCR of GC-rich sequence
