capillary electrophoresis

Hi,

I achieved the separation of two acid peptides (both of 6000 Daltons
of MW ) difering by one aminoacids by capillary electrophoresis (
C.E.) in fused silica capillary 75 um X 60 cm, buffer H3PO4 100 mM pH
2.5. I improved the resolution between each species by dinamic
capillary coating with PEG-6000. I think that this improvement in the
resolution is primarily by the decrease in the EOF value
(electroendosmotic flow) that allow a more subtle discrimination
between two species with very close electrophoretic mobilities
values and maybe by supresion of protein- capillary wall interactions.

Does anyone have opinions about that ?

I would like some authorized opinions ( I have very little experience
in CE )
