Brachypodium arrays

The NASC Affymetrix service is now able to offer the Affymetrix
Brachypodium GeneChip.
The array is being offered as part of our normal full Affymetrix
service, which includes RNA QC, labeling, hybridisation and data
delivery. Assistance can also be provided with experimental design and
data analysis. The cost is currently £420 (+VAT / local tax) per array.
The array could also be used with our Xspecies technique (http://affymetrix.arabidopsis.info/xspecies/
) to study related species.
