Hello,
I am trying to locate two enhancer trap lines, BA12-LacZ and LEO7-LacZ, with expression specifically in the secondary and tertiary pigment cells of the Drosophila eye.
Does anyone have either of these stocks? Or any stocks with similar expression specific to pigment cells?
I am trying to determine whether secondary and tertiary pigment cells are specified correctly. Any help/advice in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
