  Hi Jens, I saw your post about the CL-1000 crosslinker. I have one myself in the lab and am trying to figure out how long my nylon membrane needs to sit inside the crosslinker for the DNA to hybridize. You said the setting is 120,000 microjoules per cm2 but for how long? Thanks, Valery
