Rubella vaccinations / 風疹の予防接種

Hello all,

Given there is currently a rubella outbreak in Tokyo (also
known as German measles, 風疹 or fuushin in Japanese) the
international BioHackathon participants may be advised to get
inoculated now before travelling, e.g.

This is of particular importance for any participants trying for a
baby, or with pregnant close family or friends.
